1.) Use correct Title Page format - see linked "Sample Title Page" - click here.

2.) "Section II. Objective as a Problem Statement" - State an objective in your own words.

3.) "Section III. Procedure" - List the procedure in your own words. Use bullets or numbered instruction statements. Avoid paragraph format.

4.) "Section IV. Observations." Attach the actual "Data Table" for reporting your data. Be sure to answer the other required "Section IV. Observations" requirements as stated in the Informal Lab Report Rubric (see above Grading Rubric Link). Click HERE for a new copy of the Acid/Base Indicator Data Table.
