Username - Parents: your current email address. If the school does not have your current email address, see FAQ .
Password Problems - Parents:
If you have forgotten your Genesis password, use the ‘forgot my
password’ link on the Genesis Parent Portal login screen. Enter the
email address you provided the school to have a password reminder sent
to you. If that email is no longer active, see FAQ .
